Kayla Lochte, Ryan Lochte’s former spouse, disclosed his substantial six-figure earnings during their contentious divorce proceedings. She is requesting both child support and alimony, as reported exclusively by Us Weekly.
According to court documents obtained by Us, Kayla, 33, submitted financial information on June 17.
In addition to being identified as both a real estate agent and a social media influencer, Kayla disclosed her 2024 income as amounting to $196,160. Furthermore, she mentioned that because of her commission-based earnings, her monthly gross salary was zero dollars. Instead, she reported her monthly bonuses and commissions as totaling approximately $16,346.
Kayla mentioned that she isn’t certain about continuing to produce at the current rate. Additionally, she had been receiving an extra $1,500 monthly to handle the social media for her real estate company until 2025, but this arrangement concluded then.
Kayla mentioned that she’s left with approximately $11,997 after accounting for taxes. Her monthly expenses for her home total around $5,863. This amount includes $3,350 towards her mortgage, $600 for electricity, $220 for phone bills, $180 on lawn care, $53 for pest control, $1,000 for groceries and household items, $400 for dining out, $23 for cable service, and $260 for a cleaning service.

Beyond that, I personally shell out roughly $1,682 per month for car-related costs, $2,349 for child care expenses, I set aside about $150 monthly for gifts, I fork out around $406 for entertainment, I budget $100 for pet-related needs, and I contribute approximately $250 to religious organizations.
Apart from this, she disclosed that she has outstanding debts amounting to more than $5,000 with Discover Card, American Airlines, and T.J. Maxx. Her monthly expenditures sum up to approximately $17,091.92, resulting in a shortfall of around $5,094.
Kayla’s resources consist of approximately $58,000 in savings, a property valued at around $670,000, and retirement funds under $1,500. She mentioned that she still owes $471,000 on the house and an additional $100,000 in taxes.
The total net worth comes to $102,940.06. Kayla listed Ryan’s alleged income for 2024 as $350,437.
Kayla provided the necessary details with the expectation that Ryan, aged 40, will fulfill his obligation to pay her regular child support and alimony.
Earlier reporting by us has revealed that Kayla officially filed for divorce from Ryan on March 26, a fact made public in June. They’ve been married since 2018 and share three kids: Caiden (aged 8), Liv (aged 6), and Georgia (aged 2).
In her plea, she requested the court to grant her principal guardianship of the children, yet she’s open to jointly holding legal custody with Ryan. Kayla declared that the marriage had reached a point of no return, and specified March 7th as the date they separated.
Furthermore, Kayla mentioned that she required spousal support to enhance her job prospects and income. She expressed her desire for Ryan’s assistance.
Additionally, Kayla requested permission for sole occupancy of the house in Florida. The papers hinted that Ryan has resided elsewhere since the start of this year.
In her petition, it was claimed that during the marriage, Ryan seized joint assets, marital income, funds, or property and bought additional assets while having the titles placed only in his name. Furthermore, he utilized these un-solely titled assets to acquire other properties.

In the current situation, it’s Ryan who is holding certain assets in a trust arrangement, primarily for Kayla’s advantage, and the court is requested to grant Kayla complete ownership of those assets as stated in the lawsuit.
Kayla asked the court to award her a cut of Ryan’s businesses that she said she helped build.
According to our previous report dated June 10th, Ryan disagreed with Kayla about the timeline for their separation. He claimed that they actually split up in April, not March as Kayla had suggested.
The athlete requested that the court establish a visitation plan and decide on child support payments for their three children.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d put it this way: I couldn’t align myself with Kayla’s request for sole access to our shared living space. Furthermore, I found her assertions regarding my professional endeavors rather far-fetched and unconvincing.
The judge has yet to rule.
Kayla talked to the media regarding the separation. She explained, “This period has been one of the most agonizing, enlightening, and difficult phases in my life. I’ve been reluctant to discuss it until I could share from a position of healing, not from raw, unhealed wounds.
According to a reliable source, the news outlet was informed that Ryan repeatedly hurt Kayla during their marriage. This confidant asserted, “He has inflicted such harm upon their relationship and shattered her heart on numerous occasions that it’s uncertain whether they can reconcile.
Ryan told People on June 18 the divorce was a “difficult and very personal time.”
He shared with the media outlet that Kayla and he both prefer to maintain confidentiality regarding this issue for several significant reasons, primarily to safeguard their children. As a result, he has chosen not to discuss this matter further nor respond to claims made by others.
