For the initial occasion since the judge issued a temporary restraining order against him, Scott Wolf’s separated spouse, Kelley Wolf, was spotted publicly.

In my capacity as a lifestyle advisor, allow me to share an update from yesterday: I posted a video following the granting of Scott’s plea for a restraining order against his estranged spouse, which was signed by a judge on Wednesday, June 25 – exactly one day after he submitted his petition in court.
According to a report by Us Weekly, it was the court who temporarily granted Scott sole physical custody of their three children. The judge explained that this decision stemmed from allegations against Kelley attempting to take the kids out of the country, along with actions that were severe enough for law enforcement to detain Kelley and commit them to a psychiatric facility involuntarily.
In the given order, it’s stated that Kelley is prohibited from reaching out to Scott or their offspring. There will be no visitation or contact with him until a future court hearing takes place. The couple, who exchanged vows in 2004, are parents to three kids: Jackson (16 years old), Miller (12 years old), and Lucy (11 years old).
Scott has exclusive use of the couple’s home in Park City, according to the court order.
The judge scheduled a court session for July 1st, during which he’ll listen to both parties regarding Kelley’s monitored visitation rights and any financial issues that require resolution.

The public drama started on June 10 when Scott announced he had filed for divorce the day before.
After being married for 21 years, Scott announced the toughest choice he’s ever had to make – filing for a divorce from his wife, Kelly.

After the separation, Kelley found herself apprehended by the police during an Instagram Live session. Subsequently, she was transported to a hospital and discharged not long after.
Kelley, who starred on The Real World in 2000, has been vocal on social media.
On the day Kelley was apprehended, a troubled woman dialed 911 from her shared residence with Scott. This anonymous caller reported a domestic dispute at their house, involving Kelley as her estranged brother-in-law. She mentioned that she was grappling with a challenging divorce.
Upon the arrival of the sheriff’s deputies, an anonymous individual declared his intention to file a report concerning an alleged incident of choking, which occurred in March. This person asserted that an unknown woman was the perpetrator, and she had allegedly carried out this act within a bedroom.
At first, the person thought to be the victim asserted that the choke didn’t cut off their air or blood supply. Later on, they informed the police officer that there might have been some restriction of air and blood flow.
The police departed from the residence without making any arrests. Two days afterwards, the claimed victim received a call from the authorities. He expressed his wish not to pursue charges related to the earlier attack.
According to the report, the claimed victim expressed his decision not to proceed with the charges due to certain new circumstances related to [redacted]. He felt these developments could potentially offer resolutions for them.
Scott has yet to speak out about the restraining order.
