Serena Williams Shares Rare Glimpse at 2-Year-Old Daughter Adira

Serena Williams is training up the next great tennis star.

Tennis superstar and 23-time Grand Slam winner Serena Williams recently gave fans a glimpse of her 2-year-old daughter, Adira, playing tennis with her and husband, Alexis Ohanian.

Serena Williams shared photos on Instagram from November 24th showing her playing tennis with her daughter. In the pictures, Serena hit a ball to her toddler, who swung back with her own racket. One photo shows Adira standing with her mom as Serena explained how to play.

Serena, who is also a mom to 8-year-old Olympia with the Reddit founder, shared a sweet memory and wrote that she was passing on her love of tennis to her daughter.

Serena Williams is introducing her 2-year-old daughter, Adira, to both her favorite sport and the one she shares with her sister, Venus: golf. Serena, who co-owns the Los Angeles Golf Club with her husband Alexis, recently shared a photo on Instagram of Adira swinging a golf club on their home putting green.

Serena Williams doesn’t just share her love of sports with her daughters – she also involves them in her work. Earlier this year, she collaborated with Janie and Jack on a special fashion collection, and even her oldest daughter helped with the designs.

Serena shared with Parents Magazine in March that Olympia has always chosen her own clothes. ‘She’s had strong opinions about what she wants to wear since she was very young,’ Serena said. ‘She really likes to be involved in picking out colors and patterns, and thankfully, we often agree on what looks best.’

More than just enjoying successful partnerships, Serena’s main goal is to help her daughters grow into their best selves.

She explained that she hopes everyone feels confident in their own identity and isn’t afraid to express who they are. Whether it’s through their style or how they live their life, she believes it’s important to embrace what makes them unique and feel good about themselves.
