
3rdVerse, the creator of virtual reality titles like “Soul Covenant”, “X8” and “ALTAIR BREAKER”, has unveiled a new project – a free-to-play social VR game titled “Hello Kitty Skyland“. Set to launch on Oculus Quest and other leading VR platforms, the game is tentatively scheduled for release in late 2025. A beta version, known as Early Access, will be available beforehand. Moreover, they are now accepting applications for their Creator Program.

Masaru Ohnogi, who was once the producer of the popular avatar communication service TinierMe and now serves as CEO of Thirdverse and executive producer for this project, is utilizing his past experience to breathe life into the world of Hello Kitty in an incredibly immersive virtual reality setting. This transition moves the stage from a traditional PC environment to a cutting-edge virtual space for future generations.
