SEGA continues to develop Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, and recently released a trailer showing players what they can expect in future updates to the kart racing game.
In short, it’s going off the deep end with some truly unexpected crossovers:
First, the announcement shares release dates for upcoming downloadable content. The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pack will be available in July, and the Avatar Legends pack is scheduled for October.
The show then hints at what’s planned for the second season, and honestly, if you haven’t watched the trailer, you’d be surprised by what’s coming next.
The latest news is that a kart racing game is teaming up with Godzilla – it’s a really unexpected partnership, and honestly, I was pretty shocked to hear about it!
And now, SEGA is taking things even further – Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is collaborating with Evangelion! Honestly, yes! Bring it on!
The trailer ends by showing Sonic in Pico Park, a cooperative puzzle game inspired by the well-known Pico Park series. It hasn’t been announced what platforms Pico Park will be available on, but currently, no games in the Pico Park series are on PlayStation.
And that’s the latest! CrossWorlds is still bringing new worlds together, and we’re eager to hear what you think – let us know in the comments!
