Okay, so the last real news we got about this game was back at Tokyo Game Show 2023. Lisa Pende from Quantic Dream basically confirmed it’s still happening, but said it just wasn’t ready yet – she called it ‘simmering,’ which is kinda funny. Then, earlier this year, some concept art leaked online, showing off a few character designs – I saw a Rodian, a Gungan, and something called a Zenezian. And just recently, I heard that Adam Williams, the lead writer, left the studio in 2024. It’s a bit worrying, but hopefully the game is still on track!
The platforms for the upcoming *Star Wars Eclipse* game haven’t been revealed yet, so keep an eye out for future announcements. What we do know is that it’s an action-adventure game taking place during the High Republic era, where players will explore the dangerous Outer Rim. You’ll be able to play as multiple characters and experience a story that changes based on your choices, with the introduction of a brand new alien species.
