Ubisoft has just launched a new update for Star Wars Outlaws on the Nintendo Switch 2. This update, labeled patch 8969792.TU2, mainly aims to make the game more stable, fix various bugs, and enhance how the game looks.
This update includes a lot of bug fixes and improvements to the user interface. These fixes address problems like the equipment menu flickering, directional button icons not showing correctly, and instances where text would overlap with other elements.
When it comes to how the game plays, Star Wars Outlaws on the Switch 2 now features better movement for the main character, Kay Vess, in specific situations. However, Ubisoft hasnāt shared details about exactly what these improvements are, or what changes were made to the game’s performance and how stable it is.
Itās been a month since Star Wars Outlaws launched on the Nintendo Switch 2, and Ubisoft has announced a free demo for those still deciding whether to buy the game. Ubisoft hasn’t shared specifics about the demo yet, such as how much of the game it will include, or if players will be able to transfer their demo progress to the full version.
The Nintendo Switch 2 version of Star Wars Outlaws was first announced back in July. At that time, the game’s creators also shared that it would include special features for the console, like using the touch screen to control parts of the gameās menu and interface.
