A new movie directed by Steven Spielberg about UFOs is already generating a lot of buzz, and a recently released teaser trailer has fans even more eager to see it.
The new trailer finally reveals the movie’s title: Disclosure Day. It also introduces the impressive cast, featuring Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Eve Hewson, Colin Firth, and Colman Domingo.
The scene begins with O’Connor’s character entering a room, clearly anxious. A voice then asks a chilling question: “If you discovered you weren’t alone, and someone showed you proof, would that scare you?”

The scene shifts to Blunt, who plays a news reporter clearly struggling with her on-air presentation. Just as she’s reporting the weather, strange and disturbing sounds begin to emerge.
O’Connor believes everyone deserves to know the truth, stating it’s a right shared by all 7 billion people on Earth. He then announced he intends to release all information completely and publicly, all at the same time.
The video features striking and mysterious scenes, like a young girl and animals walking towards a glowing house. It ends with a thought-provoking question spoken by a nun: “If the universe is so immense, why was it created just for humanity?”

Aside from the short preview, details about the story are still scarce. The official plot summary simply echoes lines of dialogue from the trailer.
The new film brings together director Steven Spielberg with frequent collaborators David Koepp, the screenwriter of Jurassic Park, and composer John Williams, who is creating an original score.
Steven Spielberg directed two of the most famous movies about aliens – Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) – which means we can expect great things from his new film.
The release is planned for Friday, June 12th, and we’ll share any new information we find before then.
