I’m completely fascinated – and terrified – by Vecna from *Stranger Things*. He’s not just strong, he’s incredibly powerful, able to move things with his mind, get inside your head, and he’s almost impossible to hurt. He’s a genius, and the way he’s connected to the Upside Down is chilling. Now that Hawkins is falling into that other dimension, it feels like there’s no limit to what he can do. It’s honestly scary to think about!
After being defeated by a group of teenagers in the Season 4 finale, Vecna probably has backup plans. He’s likely prepared to prevent another defeat, and might even kill one of the heroes from Hawkins to demonstrate his power.
In Season 4, Vecna carefully chose his victims, like Max (played by Sadie Sink). However, after sustaining injuries – losing an eye and being severely burned – he became even more dangerous and unpredictable, increasing the threat to everyone around him. This made it even more crucial for Eleven and her friends to find a way to defeat him for good.
