A popular anime series on Crunchyroll, which was a hit during the Fall 2025 season, is facing a significant delay. While the Fall 2025 anime season started strong with many new releases on Crunchyroll, this particular show has gained a lot of fans. Unfortunately, the studio has announced that future episodes won’t be available until sometime next year, pushing back the end of its first part.
Fans of Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle are disappointed to learn that Episode 6 has been delayed for several weeks. The studio has also announced a revised release schedule, meaning the anime won’t finish airing until sometime next year. This means viewers will have to wait much longer to see the rest of the series.
Chitose Is In the Ramune Bottle Episode 6 and Beyond Delayed

The studio behind Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle has announced that episode 6, originally scheduled for November 11th, will now air on December 2nd in Japan. They state the delay is due to production issues and a desire to ensure high quality. This change also affects the release dates for future episodes. Here’s the updated schedule for the remainder of the year:
- Episode 6 – December 2nd
- Episode 7 – December 9th
- Episode 8 – December 16th
- Episode 9 – December 23rd
- Episode 10 – December 30th
- Episodes 11-13 – TBD
The postponement also means that Episodes 11-13 of the first season don’t have confirmed release dates yet. Considering the current schedule, it looks like the series won’t conclude until 2026. This is particularly disappointing because the show was gaining momentum, developing its characters and setting up a new story arc. Unfortunately, viewers will have to wait much longer to see how it all unfolds.
What Is Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle?

Based on the light novel by Hiromu and raemz, Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle centers around Saku Chitose, a handsome former athlete striving for a fulfilling life. While surrounded by supportive friends, his popularity can fluctuate. Haunted by a past event, he simply wants to live a life he feels he deserves.
If you have some free time, now’s a good chance to watch the first five episodes of this anime, which is currently available only on Crunchyroll. You’ll quickly understand why the delay is frustrating. The animation is created by the same studio that brought you popular shows like the final seasons of My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU, Remake Our Life!, and Hinamatsuri, so you can get a feel for the show’s style based on those titles.
