Susan Boyle doesn’t dream of settling down.
The 65-year-old singer, who became famous after appearing on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 and sharing she’d never had a kiss, says she’s too busy enjoying her successful music career to consider marriage.
Susan clarified to The Sun on June 4th that she isn’t getting engaged, dismissing rumors sparked by a ring she was wearing. She explained she’s too busy to date, but hinted that something interesting might happen in the future.
It’s been 17 years since Susan Boyle first sang “I Dreamed a Dream,” and in that time she’s released seven albums. Despite her busy schedule, she still hopes to find love through more traditional dating methods.
Susan said she’ll continue her search for a partner, but she’s not interested in dating apps like Tinder. She joked that she only knows Tinder as something you use to start a fire, and prefers to meet people organically, rather than ‘shopping’ for dates online.
Let’s talk about Susan Boyle! She may not be actively seeking romance, but honestly, people are still drawn to her – and who can blame them? She’s really embraced feeling fabulous lately! I’ve noticed a gorgeous new blonde bob and a generally glamorous vibe, and it’s wonderful to see her shining. It all seems to have coincided with her fun partnership with Cornetto ice cream, which is a lovely fit – a little bit of joy and indulgence! She didn’t even have her first boyfriend until she was 53, so she’s definitely living life on her own terms and looking amazing while doing it.
Susan remembered being harassed a few weeks ago while out. Some construction workers began yelling at her, and when she initially tried to ignore them, they started calling her names. She said they shouted things like, ‘Hey missus, you with the big bum!’ and that you sometimes encounter rude people.

Susan Boyle, affectionately known as SuBo by her fans, believes the secret to feeling and looking good as a single woman is to keep things uncomplicated.
As Susan quipped, “My secret? It’s staying out of trouble.”

I was so fascinated to hear about how they actually got everything to stay put! Apparently, the initial adhesive just wasn’t strong enough, so they ended up having to use cement – it was a real struggle, she said, like ‘pulling teeth’ to get it all done. It really showed how much work went into it!
