Taylor Swift is a queen selling dreams, selling makeup and, now, beauty products. 

Fans watching the trailer for Taylor Swift’s upcoming Disney+ docuseries, *The End of An Era*, spotted a quick glimpse of her favorite beauty products. The six-episode series, which premieres in December, includes a clip of Taylor relaxing after an Eras Tour concert where she displays the items she uses to unwind.

In a recently released trailer for her documentary, Taylor Swift explained her struggle with sleep. While getting ready for bed – putting on her *Midnights* bodysuit and running a bath – she confessed she often finds it hard to relax. ‘I can’t really wind down,’ she said, ‘so I end up watching a lot of TV, ordering room service, and even signed 2000 CDs!’ She repeats this cycle, getting tired and then starting all over again.

While Taylor was taking off her fake eyelashes, viewers spotted a variety of skincare and haircare products neatly arranged around her bathtub. These included cleansers from Dr. Barbara Sturm and Tata Harper, shampoo and conditioner by Christophe Robin, and bodywash from Ouai.

Although Taylor Swift hasn’t shared her Eras Tour beauty routine publicly, her makeup artist, Lorrie Turk, has previously explained how she achieves Taylor’s signature red lip.

Last year, Lorrie shared on Instagram that she’s been getting a lot of questions about the lipstick Taylor Swift frequently wears. It’s NARS Morocco Lipstick, and Taylor has been using it for years.

Taylor has shared some details about how she unwinds after performing her three-hour concert.

After her shows, Taylor told *Time* magazine in 2023 that she mostly stays in bed, only getting up to grab food and eat it there. She described it as a perfect situation, explaining she could barely talk from singing for three consecutive shows. She even said her feet made a ‘crunch, crunch, crunch’ sound with every step due to dancing in heels.

Of course, all of that rest came with a lot of training, too. 

Taylor used to warm up for concerts by running on the treadmill while singing all of her songs. She’d run quickly during upbeat songs and either jog or walk briskly during slower ones.

She explained that she wanted to practice so much that she could be playful with her audience without getting flustered or forgetting what she wanted to say.
