Lena Dunham, the creator of the show Girls, recently joined Taylor Swift in Kansas City to watch the December 7th NFL game. She shared that she’s become a fan of the team and is excited to get to know her friend’s future husband.

Lena shared photos from a Chiefs game on Instagram on December 8th, showing herself wearing team gear with Michael Cohen, her business partner. She captioned the post, ‘She’s in her sports era,’ and tagged Travis Kelce with a message of affection: ‘Love you @killatrav.’

Beyond giving her fiancé the thumbs-up, I’m now officially a Kansas City Chiefs fan myself! It’s funny, because even though I’m based in London and originally from New York, the Chiefs feel like my ‘home team’ now. It just goes to show that Travis isn’t just converting Taylor’s fans into football lovers – he’s getting all of us excited about the game!

She really showed her support for the Chiefs by posting a picture of her suitcase decked out with a team jacket, proving she’s a fan even while traveling. It looks like she’ll continue to wear Chiefs gear for a long time – she playfully blamed her stylist, Michael Handler, saying if people see her in something new every day for the next 17 months, it’s his fault!
