Teddi Mellencamp Details “Massive PTSD” Struggle Amid Cancer Battle

Teddi Mellencamp is continuing on her journey. 

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared a health update while appearing on her podcast for the first time in months, revealing details about her ongoing fight with stage 4 brain cancer.

Teddi shared on the January 15th episode of their podcast, Two T’s in a Pod, that she’s been focusing on healing. She’s been in therapy, prioritizing rest, and spending time with family, all while working through significant PTSD.

The 44-year-old explained that her PTSD was “from everything that happened” with her health.

She said she was beginning to feel relieved. “Things are finally looking up,” she added.

As Teddi approached the one-year anniversary of her diagnosis, Tamra remembered being there when Teddi first started showing symptoms of her brain tumors.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star recalled, “It feels like just yesterday we were in New Orleans for the Super Bowl, and you were suffering from terrible headaches.”

Teddi shared that she’s feeling hopeful after a difficult year battling cancer. In October, doctors found no signs of the disease during her scans, which was a welcome relief after everything she’s been through.

“It’s so crazy,” she said. “Everything’s good as it can be.”
