Teyana Taylor & Aaron Pierre Make Their Red Carpet Debut as a Couple

Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre just reached a star-studded relationship milestone.

Singer Tyla and actor Damson Idris made a stunning impression at the London premiere of Tyla’s new movie, *One Battle After Another*, held at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square on September 16th.

Oh my gosh, Teyana absolutely *slayed* the red carpet! She wore this incredible all-gray outfit – a long skirt and coat, but she paired it with just a black bra top, showing off those amazing abs! It was so daring and she looked phenomenal. She even had gray gloves and a matching head covering, it was a complete look! And Aaron? He was so handsome in a classic navy three-piece suit with a white shirt and this really cool patterned tie. They both looked incredible, honestly. I can’t stop thinking about it!

This is the couple’s first public appearance on a red carpet since they seemed to confirm they were dating at the 2025 *Vanity Fair* Oscars party back in March. Although they walked the carpet separately then, Teyana later shared a black-and-white photo of them together on Instagram, playfully captioning it, “Oscar night in black & white, no grey area.”

The actress from *Book of Clarence* also wished her boyfriend a happy birthday in June. She shared two photos of them together with the message, “Happy thirtieth birthday, Woody, and here’s to many more!”

Teyana Taylor and Aaron McKinnon made their first public appearance as a couple on the red carpet. This comes two years after Teyana announced her separation from her former husband, Iman Shumpert, with whom she has two daughters: 9-year-old Junie and 5-year-old Rue Rose.

Indeed, Teyana recently gave her youngest daughter a sweet shoutout for her birthday on Sept. 7.

I was so excited to see the photos from Rue’s birthday party! She posted them with the cutest message – ‘High fiveeeeeee!’ – and announced that little Rue-Rose is officially five years old! It was just the sweetest thing to see.

Being your mom is the greatest joy of my life,” Teyana shared. “You’ve brought so much love into my world, and my heart beats with a special rhythm just for you.

Teyana finished with a sweet message for her daughter, writing, “I love you more than words can express. Happy 5th Birthday, my little girl!”
