Importantly, Warner Bros. could finish the project without causing further conflict or spending a fortune – it was a win-win situation for everyone involved.

While fans are eager for more films like Zack Snyder’s Justice League, a continuation of that cinematic universe seems very improbable. The cast is now working on other projects, the studio has changed its plans, and the DC Universe is heading in a new direction. Fortunately, stories can be told in ways other than just through movies.

If Zack Snyder continues to create content based on his original vision – whether through comics or animation – the story he started could reach a planned ending instead of simply being cancelled.
