Tom Holland Shares Why Zendaya Marriage Is the Happiest He’s Ever Been

Tom Holland feels at home with Zendaya. 

The 30-year-old actor recently confirmed he’s married to his co-star from Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and shared some personal details about their relationship.

Holland recently shared with Esquire magazine that working in their industry can be very stressful. He explained that having a strong, lasting relationship provides a much-needed source of stability and support.

The actor from Uncharted explained that they share a unique bond with someone who truly understands their experiences. They feel incredibly fortunate to have this kind of support, saying it’s something they couldn’t find anywhere else.

In fact, Holland considers Zendaya, 29, to be “my person.”

He said she’s his best friend and makes him incredibly happy. He also added that he’s never felt more supported or safe in his life.

Holland didn’t share many details about his wedding. While he confirmed that his family and close friends attended, he told the interviewer that was all the information he would be releasing.

It’s a sentiment shared by Zendaya, who is also notoriously private about her love life.

In an April interview with the New York Times’ Modern Love podcast, the Euphoria star explained that she feels a strange connection to her romantic partner, fueled by the public’s perception of their relationship. She acknowledged that both she and her partner are public figures who have, through their work and particularly through films where they portrayed romantic interests, cultivated a public image of being in love.

Zendaya and her boyfriend, Tom Holland, aren’t shying away from public life, but she does like to keep some aspects of her personal life private. She prefers to control what she shares and discusses.

As she put it, “I try my best to be able to have things for myself and for him as well.”

After their third Spider-Man film hit theaters, Zendaya heaped praise over her leading man.

The couple had a stylish night out in New York City on February 16th, celebrating Valentine’s Day a little late.

Zendaya shared this sweet shot of her boyfriend enjoying the water in honor of his birthday.

Tom revealed a new photo to celebrate turning 27, playfully captioning it on Instagram, “A gift from me to you – maybe the hottest picture of me ever!” Zendaya responded with a heart-eyes emoji, showing her approval.

Zendaya seemed to be inspired by her character from Challengers when she attended the BNP Paribas Open tennis final in Indian Wells, California with Tom Holland and her assistant, Darnell Appling.

The two enjoyed a night out in London.

After Tom’s first performance in Romeo and Juliet in London, Zendaya was there to support him. They were photographed holding hands as they left the theater.

Tom announced on Instagram that he was going to try a ‘Bero’ – a popular drink – for the first time at a bar, sharing a photo of his girlfriend smiling behind him. He promised to share an update on how it tasted.
