As I delve deeper into the vibrant world of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, I find myself captivated by the blossoming relationship between Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker. Their bond seems to be as strong as ever, with their children playing an integral role in their journey together.
Travis Barker is taking a trip down memory lane.
To honor his oldest son, Landon Barker, on the occasion of his 21st birthday, the drummer from Blink-182 posted a heartfelt Instagram message. On October 9th, he wrote: “Happy Birthday @landonasherbarker! You entered my world 21 years ago and I am eternally thankful.
Travis couldn’t help but express his admiration for his musician son, sharing a collection of old photos from Landon’s childhood and saying, “I am incredibly proud of the man you have grown into, and everything you have strived for and achieved. You are an exceptional son and brother, someone anyone would be fortunate to have. I love you endlessly and forever, my boy, and every moment I spend with you is cherished.
Additionally, he posted pictures and videos from the birthday boy’s exclusive dining experience at Nobu, which included a specially designed menu tailored just for him.
Apart from Landon, his stepmother, Kourtney Kardashian, expressed birthday wishes through a video of cupcakes on her Instagram Stories. She captioned the post saying, “21!!!!! Happy birthday @landonasherbarker! Grateful for you. More Landon moments forever. I love you!” in three joyful exclamations.
Besides Landon, Travis is a parent to Alabama Barker, who’s 18 years old, and Rocky Thirteen Barker, who’s only 11 months old. He shares these children with his former wife Shanna Moakler, and he also helped raise Shanna’s daughter Atiana De La Hoya. The father of Atiana is Oscar De La Hoya.
Travis shared a touching note not long ago, following his recent reflections on how he might have differently raised his eldest children.
Before marrying Kourtney and having their children Mason (14), Penelope (12), and Reign (9) together with Scott Disick, Travis had a reality show called “Meet the Barkers” alongside Shanna. It’s worth noting that Travis filed for divorce from Shanna in August 2006, just five months after the show ended.
Since they’ve decided against revealing baby Rocky’s face in public, Travis wishes he had made the same choice for his older children as well.
