Trisha Paytas is shutting down any conversation about her body.
Nearly five months after having her son, Aquaman Moses Paytas-Hacmon, the influencer is addressing online body shamers. She’s responding to people who keep asking if she’s pregnant again.
Trisha clarified to her TikTok followers on December 8th that she isn’t pregnant. She explained she recently gave birth just four months prior and her body is still recovering, so things haven’t returned to their normal position.
Trisha Paytas, 37, is speaking out about the conversation surrounding her body after having a baby. She and her husband, Moses Hacmon, also share two young daughters: Malibu Barbie Paytas-Hacmon, age 3, and Elvis Paytas-Hacmon, 18 months old.
She explained that she’s currently touring while also being a new mom – her baby is five months old, and she affectionately calls him ‘Aquaman.’ She added that, naturally, her body has changed.
Trisha relates to TikTok creator Nara Smith, who recently had her fourth child. Like Nara, Trisha has been open about how her body has changed.
As a mom, I always say our bodies are incredible! I’ve carried four babies – and each pregnancy was a transformative experience. It’s amazing what our bodies can do – truly, they become a home for new life, and I’m so proud of everything mine has accomplished.
She cuddled Aquaman and said, “This is my body. It carried this baby and his two sisters. I accept it as it is, and that’s all there is to it.”
As Trisha shared before, she and Moses have decided not to have another child. After a difficult delivery with their son, Aquaman, Trisha chose to have a tubal ligation – a procedure to prevent future pregnancies.
Trisha recently shared on her podcast, Just Trish, that a nurse asked her, right after she gave birth, if she and her partner were planning to try for a fourth child. Trisha responded that she had just experienced a difficult delivery and couldn’t believe the question.
For Trisha, giving birth to Aquaman was “the most chaotic, traumatizing birth of my life.”

She later said she genuinely feared for her life, admitting she wondered if she could cope with the situation.
As a result, Trisha decided that removing her tubes was the right decision for her.
She explained that after three C-sections, and considering her age, she decided to have a tubal ligation, and she was glad she did.

Ava Phillippe, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe’s daughter, shared on TikTok that she recently experienced something upsetting: two strangers made comments about her body. She posted about it on May 3rd, calling it a significant moment for her as a woman online.
She explained that one person told her she should use Ozempic because of her weight, while another accused her of starving herself – despite her weight remaining the same during that time. She added that even if her weight had changed, it wouldn’t be anyone’s concern.
Ava emphasized that everyone deserves to be accepted for who they are, regardless of their appearance. She explained that you never know the challenges someone might be facing, and that true beauty goes far beyond how someone looks.

Following negative comments about her body, the singer of “I’m Good” responded to her critics, explaining she’s had enough of being judged for her appearance. In a tweet on June 23rd, she wrote, “I know I’ve gained weight, and frankly, I’m tired of people talking about it. Let’s move on!”
She also explained that people’s weight naturally changes, saying, “It’s a normal part of life, and you never know what someone else is dealing with—like medications or illness.”

Following criticism about her appearance in an Instagram photo, the actress known for The House Bunny responded to those commenting on her weight. She explained that while she usually doesn’t feel the need to address such things, she wanted to speak out against body shaming. She said the negative comments on her recent picture were upsetting, especially because she was just having fun with the photos. She noted that the angle of the picture made her even appear smaller than she is. Ultimately, she emphasized that people don’t have the right to post unsolicited and judgmental comments about anyone’s body.
She explained that commenting on her weight, whether saying she’s too thin or needs to eat, is unhelpful and a form of body shaming. She made it clear she won’t tolerate any kind of body shaming.
Okay, so it’s been over a week since everything, and she finally posted a picture! She’s literally glowing in a bikini, and the caption… oh, the caption! It was totally aimed at the people leaving nasty comments. She said, and I quote, ‘For the haters… with love and gratitude, kiss my peach!’ followed by a kissy face and a peace sign. It was perfect. Like, she’s just radiating confidence and refusing to let anyone bring her down, and I am LIVING for it. Seriously, she’s amazing, and I’m so proud she’s just being herself and shutting down all the negativity.

In February 2021, the actress addressed rumors that she was pregnant. These rumors started after online photos surfaced of her on a film set in Australia, showing her wearing a dark blue tank top. She publicly called out the New York Post on Instagram, stating she wasn’t pregnant and questioning why it’s still acceptable to comment on a woman’s body in 2021.

Christina Hall, known from Flip or Flop, recently addressed online criticism about her body. In a video posted to Instagram on February 7th, she explained that she’s at her natural weight and has simply bounced back after having babies. She asked people to stop commenting on her appearance, reassuring them that she’s healthy and doing well.

The singer, who recently faced criticism online about her appearance, responded to body-shamers without saying a word – her reaction spoke for itself.
During her performance at Manchester Pride 2025, she wore a large T-shirt featuring a graphic of a woman in a cropped tank top and black pushup bra.

After her breakup with Jim Edmonds, the former Bravo star asked fans to stop commenting on her weight. She admitted on Instagram in December 2019, “I’m too thin,” and responded to comments like “Eat a burger.” She also asked for understanding, explaining that she’s handling a difficult situation with as much grace as possible while prioritizing her children.

The singer, who recently faced criticism for being “too skinny,” responded to the comments in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. She questioned what was wrong with her body, explaining that she’s always been slender and maintains her physique through ballet, stretching, and regular workouts, which she says benefit her overall well-being.
She acknowledged that criticism comes with the territory and explained her approach to handling it. She focuses on what benefits her and discards anything negative, relying on her management team to address any issues that might arise. Ultimately, she believes it’s impossible to make everyone happy, so prioritizing her own well-being is key.

Back in June 2020, Lizzo responded to people criticizing her body. In a TikTok video, she explained that she’s been consistently working out for five years, but not to meet anyone else’s expectations. She’s focused on achieving her ideal body, and she firmly stated that it’s nobody’s business what that looks like. She emphasized that she’s beautiful, strong, and good at what she does, and that’s all that matters.

The singer known for her song “Confident” has consistently spoken out against body shaming. In a 2016 interview with Glamour, she shared that when someone calls her fat, even when she’s feeling insecure, she simply laughs it off, knowing she’s doing her best. She also pointed out that she doesn’t have a six-pack, and honestly, she doesn’t even want one.

Following the actress’s decision to share a nude photo online, a user criticized her, writing in a now-deleted tweet that it was inappropriate for someone over 50 to post such content, suggesting she should be spending time with her grandchildren instead. The commenter lamented that people no longer seem to age gracefully.
Halle playfully responded to the criticism by sharing a surprising fact: “Did you know a shrimp’s heart is in its head?”

The singer of “Señorita” recently addressed her critics on Instagram. She explained she’d been avoiding social media to protect her feelings, but accidentally saw headlines about people criticizing her body. Her first reaction was insecurity, worrying about how the pictures looked. However, she quickly realized it’s normal to have unflattering photos and that bodies aren’t meant to be perfect. She’s especially concerned about young girls growing up in a world saturated with photoshopped images, which create unrealistic expectations. She wants her younger sister and others to understand that these images aren’t real and that constant exposure to them can distort perceptions of beauty. She emphasized that cellulite and fat are natural and beautiful, and she refuses to participate in harmful beauty standards. She encouraged others to reject these standards as well.

In May 2019, the singer shared a video of her performance at the Hangout Music Festival, where she was wearing a black leotard. Someone commented on the video, questioning why she didn’t appear as curvy as she used to, referencing a previous collaboration with two male country artists. The singer responded directly, stating she had gained weight and asked the commenter to accept it.
She criticized the fashion industry, saying some designers wouldn’t dress her for the Grammys because of her size. In a January 2019 Instagram post, she urged the industry to promote body positivity instead of making women feel insecure about their size, stating, “We are beautiful any size!” She also declared she would be attending the Grammys regardless, proudly stating, “My size 8 ass is still going to the Grammys.” and using the hashtag #LOVEYOURBODY.

The celebrity had previously shared a photo of her family celebrating the Golden State Warriors’ win over the Portland Trail Blazers in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals. In the picture, she’s holding her son, Canon. Someone then commented, asking if she was pregnant again.
She said no way, laughing, and explained that her 30-pound son was making it hard to pose for pictures because he was so active.
Someone else commented that if the child weighed 30 pounds, they would have significant health problems. The cookbook author quickly responded, firmly telling the commenter, “Excuse me? Absolutely not.”

Only a week after giving birth, the podcast host shared a message with her followers on Instagram.
I’m really frustrated and need to get this off my chest,” she wrote in December 2018. She’d originally planned to share a photo of her stomach to document her recovery, but she was glad she didn’t. The negative comments on her previous post were shocking. She clarified that she hadn’t had plastic surgery, a personal chef, or a consistent workout routine. She did have a C-section and was still recovering, though she has a high pain tolerance. She’d also had three other abdominal surgeries previously (appendix, gallbladder, and C-section). In the photo, she was wearing a belly wrap and high-waisted pants, and she couldn’t believe she even had to defend herself. She wondered why she would have been shamed even if she had posted the original photo, especially since she was trying to be open about her journey. She questioned why women feel the need to compare themselves to each other and then criticize. She admitted she struggles with this too, and asked why everyone can’t accept that bodies are different, heal at different rates, and simply look different. Why do we shame others for not fitting a certain mold, or feel bad about our own bodies? She hoped people could be kinder to themselves and recognize that every woman’s journey is unique, yet they are all beautiful. She encouraged lifting other women up without tearing ourselves down through comparison, and expressed her love before returning to focusing on her baby.

In April 2018, actress Candace Cameron Bure posted a photo of herself having dinner with her son, Lev Bure. Someone commented negatively, asking why she still appeared heavier than her husband despite working out, and questioned if she had changed her eating habits.
The actress quickly responded to the negative comment. She wrote, “If a 25-inch waist seems large to you, it’s because you’re viewing it with unrealistic expectations. Take care.”
