SEGA and Two Point Studios have just launched update 8.0 for Two Point Museum, adding content from Rovio’s Angry Birds to the game. The update is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, and will be released for Switch 2 shortly.
Here is an overview of the update, via SEGA:
The Digiverse in Two Point Museum is a constantly growing map where players can discover new locations, exhibits, and decorations inspired by various worlds.
A new update is causing a bit of a stir in Two Point County! Now, players can use characters from Angry Birds – like Red – to entertain guests and keep pesky Bad Piggies from causing trouble. This update also unlocks Piggy Island, a new area where players can find items from the Angry Birds world and create a unique bird exhibit. You can find all the details in the latest blog post on Steam and G2G.
In addition to the Angry Birds Digiverse Rift, museum curators will receive a spring update with fresh, new items to decorate their halls. Players can explore new adventures and Points of Interest in the Easter Isles, where they’ll find adorable animals waking up from hibernation. These critters will attract a new group of visitors – the Egg Hunters – to their exhibitions.
A free update is now available, bringing lots of new content and improvements to the game. Experienced players can earn new rewards for successfully managing their museums, and enjoy fresh outdoor decorations like picnic tables just in time for spring. Plus, Briny Bay will be teeming with marine life, perfect for creating exciting water exhibits. These additions will help keep your museum lively and engaging this spring!
