When the game launches, players will be able to enjoy Unrailed! 2: Back on Track on both the new Nintendo Switch 2 and the original Nintendo Switch. A major PC update is planned for May 2026, and a version for PlayStation 5 will be released later in 2024.
To mark today’s exciting news, a free demo is now available on Nintendo Switch! You can now play the first area of the game and even try to beat the boss. Plus, up to four players can enjoy the demo together on one Switch console.
When the full version of the game launches in May, Nintendo Switch 2 owners will be able to use a feature called GameShare. This lets you play Unrailed! 2: Back on Track with a friend using both a Nintendo Switch 2 and a Nintendo Switch console. We’ll share more details about GameShare and how it works as the release date approaches.
