Vanna White doesn’t have anything to solve when it comes to the puzzle of love.
Vanna White, who has co-hosted Wheel of Fortune for many years, recently said she still feels newly in love with her partner of many years, John Donaldson.
“We’re thrilled,” she shared with TopMob News. “We’ve been together for a while now, and we’re just content with how things are.”
Although she’s been with John since 2012, 68-year-old Maria doesn’t feel any rush to get married. She and her ex-husband, George Santo Pietro, share two children: Nicholas “Nikko” Pietro, 31, and Giovaana “Gigi” Pietro, 28.
She wondered if people were hoping they’d tie the knot. After being together for so long, she felt like they were already married, and a wedding certificate didn’t seem necessary.
Even though Vanna isn’t following typical romantic norms, she and John are still creating their own special traditions together.
She mentioned they always spend Christmas in Hawaii. She explained it’s a nice escape from the city, offering warm weather and a tropical atmosphere.
And the couple has, of course, incorporated Vanna’s two children into their holiday festivities.
She explained that she always wraps gifts. Every Christmas Eve, they get to open one present, but have to wait until Christmas Day to open the others – it’s a tradition they’ve kept for years.
She explained that Christmas is a special time for everyone, particularly for families, and that its joy is universal, regardless of age.
Vanna White’s happy relationship with John isn’t her only source of joy. When Ryan Seacrest became the new host of Wheel of Fortune after Pat Sajak’s departure last year, Vanna shared that the change happened very smoothly.
She described having a great rapport with the American Idol host, noting their good chemistry. She praised him as a kind, professional, and dedicated person, saying they worked well together.
Oh my gosh, Vanna just gets Ryan and Pat, you know? They’re like one big family to her. She actually said watching them work together for the past two seasons felt like she’s known them forever! It’s so sweet, and it really shows how much she loves being a part of the Wheel of Fortune family. Seriously, it’s just the cutest!
