Run Away, based on Harlan Coben’s popular 2019 novel, follows Simon Greene (James Nesbitt) whose life falls apart when his daughter, Paige (Ellie de Lange), goes missing. Finding her isn’t the end, however, as Simon is pulled into a dangerous world of drugs, violence, and hidden family truths.
Alongside Nesbitt, the series will feature Ruth Jones as detective Elena Ravenscroft, Minnie Driver as Simon’s wife Ingrid, and actors Alfred Enoch, Lucian Msamati, Jon Pointing, and Adrian Greensmith.
Nimer Rashed directed the drama, which was produced by Quay Street Productions for Netflix. Harlan Coben served as an executive producer through his company, Final Twist Productions.
