It appears that Battlefield 6 is a massive undertaking for publisher EA, given that they refer to it as more of a multi-faceted platform rather than just a single game.
During a recent earnings discussion, our CEO, Andrew Wilson, shared his excitement about our upcoming First-Person Shooter game, emphasizing that we are putting more resources into its development than for any previous Battlefield title.
This time, Battlefield Studios, which includes the teams DICE, Criterion, Motive, and Ripple Effect, are working to expand Battlefield into a comprehensive platform.
In terms of promoting our product, we’re fully committed and eager to support it. As a company, we’re all on board with it. You might recall the release trailer that came out recently; it was well-received. However, remember that it was just a teaser. The main event, which is due in a few days, is what our gamers are eagerly anticipating.
Absolutely, the multiplayer unveiling is set for tomorrow, specifically on July 31st. It appears that this event marks the beginning of an extensive promotional campaign for Battlefield 6.
The game has been undergoing a closed testing phase within what’s known as Battlefield Labs. Although some gameplay footage has unofficially surfaced during the testing period, this week marks a major public reveal.
According to Wilson, numerous content creators and trendsetters are set to play and broadcast the game, giving viewers an authentic glimpse into the magnitude of our creation and offering glimpses of future developments.
At this point, it’s been confirmed that Battlefield 6 includes a single-player campaign along with its multiplayer features. It’s possible that a battle royale mode might be part of the multiplayer offerings as well.
