The new Miami Vice film….
The 1980s TV show Miami Vice was incredibly impactful, launching the careers of its stars and setting a new standard for style with its distinctive look, from the lighting and set design to the clothes and music. The show ran from 1984 to 1989 and was followed by a film in 2006 starring Colin Farrell and Jamie Foxx, directed by the original TV series’ creator, Michael Mann. That film earned $163.7 million worldwide. Now, two decades later, a new Miami Vice movie – a reboot, remake, or reimagining – is in the works, and here’s the latest information about it.
What we know about the new Miami Vice film…

- Since winning his Oscar for ‘Sinners’ it is rumoured that Jordan’s people have demanded his salary be doubled to $18m
