What’s Coming to Netflix in February 2026? All Titles Leaving Next Month

We had a strong start to the year with a positive January, but we’re also facing some license expirations in February that need attention.

Unlike physical media like CDs and DVDs, which fans could own and re-watch, streaming content isn’t permanent. That’s why we’re seeing more movies and shows being removed from platforms like Netflix, with several titles leaving in February 2026.

Content disappears from streaming services for a variety of reasons, including licensing agreements running out, where the service only has rights to show it in certain locations, as well as factors like cost and how popular the content is. Occasionally, even shows and movies originally created for a streaming service are removed. For example, a recent revival of a popular 1980s show was originally a Netflix exclusive, but will be taken off the platform in February 2026 and won’t be returning.
