The free-to-play adventure RPG Where Winds Meet, developed by NetEase Games and Everstone Studio, will launch on Android and iOS devices globally on December 12th. Players on mobile will be able to continue their progress and play with others on PC and PlayStation 5 thanks to cross-save and cross-play functionality.
You can now play Where Winds Meet on PlayStation 5 and PC. It’s available for download on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store globally.
Here’s an overview of the game, via Everstone Studio:
In Where Winds Meet, players can explore a huge and detailed open world with over 20 different areas. The game blends historical elements with the fantastical world of Wuxia. You’ll encounter more than 10,000 unique characters, each with their own personality, and your choices will determine whether they become your friends or foes.
Okay, so in this game, you can really become a martial arts master! I’m talking over 40 different fighting styles to learn, and tons of weapons – everything from spears and swords to dual blades, glaives, umbrellas, and even fans! Plus, you unlock special skills like pinpoint acupuncture attacks, a super powerful roar, a precise picking technique, and the flowing movements of Tai Chi. It’s awesome because you can really customize how you fight.
You can play this game alone as a skilled swordsman, or join a team of up to four players. Get ready for a huge adventure with over 150 hours of story and exploration! If you want to challenge others, you can also battle players in PVP combat.
In Where Winds Meet, you create your own story and decide your fate. Choose a profession – will you be a doctor, merchant, assassin, or bounty hunter? The game lets you forge your own path, whether it’s one of virtue or villainy, sticking to your ideals or abandoning them for the sake of freedom and endless adventure.
