In the trailer for the upcoming action-adventure RPG “Where Winds Meet,” set in tenth-century China, we find General Wang Qing leading his troops north of a river crossing. They fought valiantly until the sun dipped and the sky bled red with twilight, but both he and his men met their end standing tall. General Wang Qing was 53 years old.
This game is inspired by the Wuxia tradition and promises an open-world experience where players assume the role of a young sword master seeking to unravel hidden truths about themselves and the past. The wind will sweep across mountains and rivers, mirroring how your own legend will grow in this world. “Where Winds Meet” is slated for release on PC and PlayStation 5 (PS5) in 2025, with a Final Playtest scheduled for July 25, 2025; sign-ups are currently open.
