Whitney Leavitt is dancing her way into a new gig.
Meri Brown, known for her role on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, is stepping into a new role as both executive producer and star of the upcoming holiday romantic comedy, All for Love. She announced the project, slated for release in 2026, on her social media channels.
Whitney Leavitt and Jesse Kove announced a new holiday movie coming out in December 2026 with a playful Instagram post. They joked that it was a Christmas present fans would have to wait until next year to open, sharing the news alongside an announcement from Deadline. The movie is being produced by Ninth House Films.
The movie features Whitney as Winona, a podcaster who decides to try online dating as part of a deal with a dating app. She connects with Luke, played by Jesse, and is surprised to discover he’s both the charming guy she met online and the tough contractor working for her grandmother.
The popular social media mom, who shares her three children—Sedona, 6, Liam, 3, and Billy Gene, 13 months—with her husband, Conner Leavitt, has been gaining a lot of professional momentum lately. After appearing on season 34 of Dancing With the Stars and being eliminated with partner Mark Ballas, she was announced as the new Roxie Hart in the Broadway production of Chicago. She’ll be performing for six weeks starting in February.
She excitedly announced on Instagram on December 1st that she’ll be playing Roxie Hart in the Chicago musical, and can’t wait to perform in New York City!

Although appearing on Dancing with the Stars opened doors for Whitney on Broadway, she values the friendships she made during the show the most.
Whitney shared in a November Instagram video that her experience helped her build genuine friendships and connections. She explained that it was a time of self-discovery, surrounded by supportive people who encouraged her to grow, and she felt deeply loved.
Although she didn’t win Dancing with the Stars, she was determined to do well. She even revealed during season three of The Secret Life of Moms with Babies that she came back to the show—even with ongoing issues with other mom influencers—specifically to compete on the dance floor.
I did take a break from the show after last season, but I stayed active within the MomTok community. I just needed some time off. However, when I found out Dancing With the Stars was considering someone from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, I knew I wanted to come back – that definitely motivated me!
