However, Henry Cavill and Aaron Taylor-Johnson, both aged 42 and 35 respectively (and Elba is 52), have also been frequently suggested. But it’s rumored that Amazon prefers someone under 30 for the role. So, who could they be eyeing?

As a passionate cinephile, I’m well aware that Denis Villeneuve, who’s deeply committed to bringing ‘Dune 3’ to the big screen, won’t be available for directing duties until late in 2026.
