As the nights grow longer and Ant and Dec have left the country, it’s official: I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! has returned.
As a huge reality TV fan, I’m thrilled to hear I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! is back for its 25th series! Ten new celebrities are heading into the Australian jungle, and it’s going to be tough – they’ll be completely cut off from everything comfortable and everyone they know. It’s always fun to watch them struggle and adapt!
This year’s performers include rapper Aitch – just to clarify, this is a different person than H from the band Steps.
Aitch is excited to travel to Australia and meet the other stars on the show, though he’s bracing himself for the challenging Bushtucker Trials.
But just who is Aitch? Read on to learn more about the musician ahead of I’m a Celebrity 2025.
Who is Aitch?

Age: 25
Job: Rapper
Instagram: @aitch
Aitch, whose real name is Harrison James Armstrong, became well-known as a rapper in 2018. His first album came out in 2022 and reached number two on the UK charts. Since then, he’s had twenty songs reach the Top 10 in the UK.
I don’t have any true phobias, but I really dislike being pressured into eating or drinking things I don’t want.
I want to clear up the idea that I’m just a typical, unapproachable rapper. People often have that impression, but it’s not who I am.
I try to make everyone feel relaxed and welcome, and I’ll definitely bring a lot of energy to the experience. On the downside, I’m a really bad snorer – and apparently, I even snore with a Northern accent!
I wouldn’t call Snoop Dogg my hero, but he’d definitely make surviving in the jungle a lot simpler – I’m not sure why, but that’s just how I feel.
What has Aitch said about joining I’m a Celebrity 2025?
As a lifelong cinema fan, when the opportunity came up, I just couldn’t refuse – I even cancelled some gigs to make it happen! Seriously, growing up, this show was a huge part of family viewing, so to say ‘no’ would have felt incredibly disrespectful. It just didn’t feel like a question – I had to do it.
I strongly feel a personal responsibility to advocate for Down syndrome awareness, and I believe this is the ideal platform to do so. Plus, it’s important not to stay confined to the same routine or environment indefinitely.
Don’t limit yourself – feel free to explore other interests and opportunities. It’s easy to get stuck doing what’s expected, but you won’t grow if you always play it safe. I even had to reschedule some performances to make time for new things, but it’s worth it to avoid getting stuck in a rut.
I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! returns on Sunday 16th November on ITV1 and ITVX.
