The trailer for Brand New Day shows the Hand will be featured in the film, making this a plausible storyline.

Marvelā€™s Netflix shows did feature Typhoid Mary, portrayed by Alice Eve in Season 2 of Iron Fist. While Marvel has brought characters from Daredevil and Jessica Jones into the main Marvel Cinematic Universe, itā€™s unlikely Iron Fist will receive the same treatment, given its lower ratings.
