If you’ve already wrapped up everything post-level 80, it’s high time to delve into the latest update and complete its new tasks. Here’s a guide on how to face “Sthaarbs the Unraveled,” another elite adversary you can challenge.

To get started, please keep in mind that you’ll have to move through the story first before you can access the area known as K’aresh. This entails playing through the entirety of The War Within campaign, progressing until you uncover these zones, which may take a while.

Once you gain entry to K’aresh, make your way to “The Watering Hole”. At this location, similar to any other high-level rare opponent in the game, “Sthaarbs the Unstable” will appear on your map if it is currently engaged.

For this activity, you’ll require some “Reshii Wraps”. These are essential as they allow you to enter the “Untethered Space”, a place where you can interact with the mentioned elite. At The Oasis, you’ll have the opportunity to utilize the “Phase Diving” function. Once you find a portal near coordinates 76-33, you can use it for “Phase Warping” and ascend towards the elite zone. Upon arrival, you’ll discover several platforms with glowing energy along their edges.

During the boss battle, I found myself needing to swiftly jump onto these energy puddles to escape incoming attacks and land on a safe platform. Persistently engage the elite enemy until it’s defeated, and eventually, I’ll be knocked out of my ethereal state. At the moment, this mechanic can be tricky, so there’s a chance you might bite the dust after the fight.

This creature is associated with the “Fragments of a Broken Realm” achievement, so defeating it once contributes to your progress towards that goal. Additionally, there’s a small possibility that this boss may drop a rare mount, though it can be challenging to farm these regularly. Keep battling it each week for a chance to obtain the mount!
