Blizzard has officially revealed the upcoming addition to the game World of Warcraft, titled Midnight. A brand-new trailer provided the initial glimpse into the cinematic opening scene for this expansion.
Midnight” was shared, where it’s explained that the narrative centers around the Sunwell, which is close to Silvermoon City – the ancient home of the High Elves (or Blood Elves). The city faces a danger as the plot unfolds.
The trailer is all about the story, with no details about gameplay for the expansion yet revealed. However, we do see the return of key characters such as Liadrin and Lor’Themar, who are gearing up to fight against the forces of the Void in a thrilling battle to protect the Sunwell. The trailer ends by hinting at the sinister plans of the antagonist Xal’atath, while also suggesting the arrival of paladin reinforcements.
At midnight, we move on to the second installment of a three-part series, known as the Worldsoul Saga, which is being developed by Blizzard. This upcoming game, titled “Midnight,” will continue the storyline from “The War Within.” Following “Midnight” will be another expansion called “The Last Titan.”
In this rephrased version, I’ve attempted to use more natural and easy-to-read language while maintaining the original meaning. Hope it helps!
World of Warcraft: Midnight is coming to PC in 2026.
