WWE wrestler Adam Scherr (known as Adam Scherr) recently shared on the Hot Goss podcast with Eyal Booker and Lonnie Marts that he is dating someone.
Braun revealed on a recent podcast that he’s dating a petite Italian woman, around 5’3″ and 130 pounds. He admits she has a strong personality, but says that’s exactly what he’s looking for – someone who will challenge him and keep him grounded.
As we’ve been friends for six years now,” the Everything on the Menu star explained, “we’ve reached a point where we just really get along. We’re happy to help each other out whenever we can.”
The 6-foot-5 athlete pointed out that being tall has its perks. He playfully added, “I can always reach things on the top shelf that she can’t.”
Now that Braun Strowman is starring in the USA Network show Everything on the Menu, he has a great way to share one of his favorite things – delicious food – with his new girlfriend.

Oh my gosh, it’s been six years since I first met them! It just feels so natural now, like we just get each other. It’s amazing – I feel like I can do anything for them, and they’d do anything for me too. It’s like, I live to help them, and they’re always there for me. It’s just… perfect.
Indeed, as the 6-foot-5 athlete noted, their height difference has its advantages.
“I get all the stuff off the top shelf,” he joked, “where she can’t reach.”
Now that Braun Strowman is starring in the USA Network show Everything on the Menu, he has a great way to share one of his favorite things – delicious food – with his new girlfriend.
He described the experience as incredibly basic and universal, saying everyone has tasted something truly delicious. ‘It’s something that makes you close your eyes and just… react,’ he told USA Network on November 7th, pausing with a sound of enjoyment. ‘I think it’s just pure, unfiltered emotion.’
As for how he’s packing away so much food as scarfs down, well, everything on the menu?
He confessed, ‘I consider this the perfect show for indulging in a huge meal.’ To prepare, he’d skip eating, fast overnight, and do 30 to 60 minutes of cardio before finally eating at both restaurants on the same day.
He wasn’t afraid of challenging opponents in boxing, but sometimes, preparing certain recipes felt surprisingly daunting.
I had trouble finishing at some of the restaurants and definitely couldn’t eat everything,” the 42-year-old said. “But I always tried at least a bite of each dish. At other places, I easily finished the entire menu.
