Xbox Insiders are getting a cool update that Achievement hunters will especially appreciate! Now, your total Gamerscore unlocks a badge showing your score level. The higher your Gamerscore, the more valuable the badge becomes.
Currently, the highest number of players is around five million, but that number could increase quickly to over ten million. While there’s no confirmed launch date yet, it’s expected to be available soon.
This subtle update fits well with the recent changes to the Xbox brand, especially after it was renamed from Microsoft Gaming following Asha Sharma’s appointment as CEO in February. While Xbox still faces challenges, these positive steps are making us hopeful about its future. Plus, the possibility of new consoles sparking a renewed competitive spirit in the gaming world is a welcome bonus.
