It’s easy to lose track of all the shows created by Taylor Sheridan – and that’s understandable! He’s the driving force behind several popular series on Paramount Plus, including Landman, Tulsa King, and Mayor of Kingstown.
Get ready for the new series from the creator of Yellowstone! Starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell, ‘The Madison’ will premiere on Paramount+ on Saturday, March 14th.
With the announcement of when the show will premiere, several new photos from the series have also been revealed, giving fans a glimpse of the actors at work.

The photos feature Michelle Pfeiffer looking thoughtful while sitting on a porch with a photo album. Other images show Russell and Matthew Fox fly fishing in the water, and Beau Garrett, Ben Schnetzer, Danielle Vasinova, and Kevin Zegers casually chatting together on fences in the dark.
Judging by his expression, the conversation with Schnetzer doesn’t seem to be going well. He’s sitting in his sheriff’s uniform, holding a beer, and looks quite sad.
The show centers around the McIntosh family, originally from New York City, who now reside in Montana’s Madison River Valley. Creator Taylor Sheridan calls it his most personal project yet, a deeply emotional exploration of loss and the bonds between people.
I’ve been eagerly awaiting this show ever since it was first approved back in 2023, and it’s great to hear season 2 is already happening! The first season has six episodes, which is a bit shorter than most of Taylor Sheridan’s other series – they usually have at least ten.

Since the show has already been renewed for a second season, fans shouldn’t have to wait long for new episodes.
The Madison features a talented cast led by Gillian Anderson and Callum Turner, alongside Beau Garrett (known from Firefly Lane), Elle Chapman (A Man Called Otto), Patrick J. Adams (Suits), Amiah Miller (War for the Planet of the Apes), Alaina Pollack (The Surrender), Ben Schnetzer (3 Body Problem), Kevin Zegers (Power), Rebecca Spence (Lady in the Lake), Danielle Vasinova (1923), and Matthew Fox (Lost).
Though not a direct spin-off, the new series The Madison will take place in the same world as Yellowstone. Fans of Yellowstone also have two other shows to anticipate this year: The Dutton Ranch, which will follow Beth and Rip Dutton, and Marshals.
Luke Grimes will return as Kayce Dutton, but this time he’ll be working with the US Marshals in a special unit. His background as both a cowboy and a Navy SEAL will be put to use as he enforces the law across Montana.
