A lot of fans first discovered the Yakuza series with Yakuza 3, since it was the first game released on PlayStation 3 outside of Japan.
Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to the series, you can get a sneak peek at Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties with a playable demo before the game officially launches.
We don’t have details yet about what the demo will include, but SEGA has confirmed it’s coming. They shared the news in a recent PlayStation Blog post and promised to share more information soon.
Square Enix has been successfully releasing demos that let players experience the beginning of a game and then carry their progress over to the full version – Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined is a good example. SEGA might choose to follow a similar approach.
The game is scheduled to release on February 12th, so we expect a complete preview of its features will be available soon.
