Join Marathon’s server slam from February 26th to March 2nd and be among the first to play the game before it officially launches!
Everyone, including PlayStation 5 players, will get a chance to try out the game during the open preview. This preview will feature two areas – Perimeter and Dire Marsh – and the first missions for five different groups within the game.
During the preview, Bungie is limiting access to certain areas. If you buy the full game, you’ll get access to everything and be able to advance further with all the different groups within the game.
Everyone who joins the Server Slam will receive a special emblem and player banner as a reward. You’ll also get some in-game items to help you get started when the full game launches.

Players with a PlayStation Plus subscription get extra perks from Sony, including free weapon charms inspired by three of their biggest games: Ghost of Tsushima, Death Stranding 2, and Helldivers 2.
Recently, people seem to be warming up to Marathon, and pre-orders on the PlayStation Store are looking good. It remains to be seen if Bungie can deliver on the hype, but we’ll have a clearer picture after the upcoming server test.
