
Zero36 Studio, a part of ByteDance, and CCG Lab are partnering with Lucasfilm Games to create a new digital collectible card game based on Star Wars. The game will be available on PC, iOS, and Android devices.
Zero36 Studio head Hades Lu expressed the studio’s excitement and privilege in being able to create a game set in the Star Wars universe. In a press release, Lu stated that the team is committed to building an engaging experience that lives up to the Star Wars name and will resonate with fans everywhere.
Cory Jones, CEO of CCG Lab, explained that his studio is bringing a lot of creativity and enthusiasm to this game. Their goal is to create a Star Wars experience that feels both classic and fresh, capturing the excitement and emotion fans love. Working with Zero36 Studio and Lucasfilm Games, they’re aiming to deliver something truly special and fun for players in the Star Wars universe.

Douglas Reilly, who heads up Lucasfilm Games, said the Star Wars universe is just made for this kind of game with all the awesome characters. They’re working with Zero36 Studio and CCG Lab because they think these teams really know their stuff and can bring a fresh take to the card game world while staying true to the saga. Basically, they’re confident we’re gonna get a Star Wars card game that feels epic!
