As a gamer excitedly huddled over my console, I can’t help but share the news that the terrifying zookeeper bodycam horror simulation game, Zoochosis, will unleash its chilling experience on both PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 platforms this coming August 25. And guess what? It’s not just the game launch that has us on edge – it’s also a significant update that’s set to drop simultaneously, according to the creative minds behind Zoochosis, Clapperheads.
On September 30, 2024, Zoochosis was initially released for personal computers through Steam. By August 25, the PC edition will also become accessible via the Epic Games Store.
At the initial release, you’ll find an upgrade in the PS versions, offering not just general game improvements, but also refinements tailored specifically for gameplay.

Zoochosis” – A Frightening Night at the Zoo
In this spine-tingling game, you take on the role of a new zookeeper beginning their first night shift. Equipped with a bodycam, you start your routine checks, but soon discover bizarre behavior from certain animals that leaves you utterly perplexed. It seems a horrifying parasite is infecting some creatures, causing them to morph into grotesque versions of their former selves – vicious and determined to attack and escape at all costs.
Your mission becomes one of identification: find the infected animals before they transform completely. You’ll also need to create vaccines to cure them, preventing the parasite from spreading chaos throughout the entire zoo. Uncover the secrets that lie within the zoo and save the animals in order to ensure your own survival.
As you navigate this chilling adventure, remember that your decisions will ultimately determine your fate. Will you make it through the night alive or become another victim of the terrifying outbreak?
