The relationship between Chibs and Althea Jarry in Sons of Anarchy ended on an uncertain note. While they initially had a playful and interesting connection, their romance was complicated by their conflicting lifestyles – she was a police officer, and he was a member of an outlaw motorcycle club. By the series’ end, they were very close to splitting up.
I have to admit, that scene with Chibs and Jarry on the car was pretty shocking! What really bothered me, though, is that the show never followed up on their relationship. They just left things hanging, which felt really unsatisfying. I definitely felt a connection between them – they had great chemistry – but you could also see why things might not work out for either of them. It was just left totally open-ended.
Lieutenant Jarry is a police officer tasked with arresting criminals. Chibs is a criminal himself, and has been involved in numerous crimes. He told Jarry he would protect the motorcycle club SAMCRO by any means necessary, but it’s never been confirmed if he ever actually threatened Jarry’s life.
Who is Milo?
Jax’s death on Sons of Anarchy seemed like it would finally resolve all the show’s conflicts and betrayals. But the identity of the truck driver who caused the crash sparked intense speculation among fans, who believed there was a larger, secret plan unfolding.
Milo, the truck driver who gave Gemma a ride to her father’s house shortly before she died, has become a point of interest for fans due to his connection to both Gemma and her father’s deaths. The actor who played Milo, Michael Chiklis, is famous for his role as Detective Vic Mackey on the TV show The Shield, which also employed Kurt Sutter as a writer.

It seems Diosa is operating in a legal loophole. They likely aren’t directly charging for adult services, but are billing customers for something else – though exactly what that is isn’t clear.
How Does SAMCRO Stay Under the Radar?
SAMCRO is frequently involved in violent conflicts, constantly fighting with rival groups to avenge fallen members and settle scores. Despite all this, they surprisingly manage to avoid a lot of public attention.
Charming appears to be a close-knit town where it’s surprisingly easy to keep secrets. While the motorcycle club, SAMCRO, largely goes unnoticed by the townspeople, law enforcement is definitely aware of their activities. Ultimately, Sons of Anarchy focuses more on the club’s criminal dealings and internal conflicts than on developing a broader picture of the world around them.
Often, ‘Charming’ is simply a nickname characters use without much thought. And when you look closely, the town doesn’t really feel believable as a real place.
Who Is Charming’s Homeless Woman?
The homeless woman became a regular part of the show, appearing in 11 episodes. She often showed up when Jax or Gemma were facing important choices.
We first meet the homeless woman in Season 1. Gemma noticed her sitting near a store and gave her some money. Later, when Jax stayed overnight in the cemetery, the woman kindly offered him a blanket.
During the third season, she stood out when she assisted Jax in killing August Marks. Viewers have speculated that this mysterious woman is connected to the car accident involving JT, or perhaps represents a symbolic figure like Death.
Why Would Anyone Do Business With the Sons?
The Sons of Anarchy had a distinct and dangerous approach to business, even earlier than Clay’s time. JT’s writing suggests this reputation was well-earned, as very few people survived dealings with them.
Biker groups often eliminate the leaders of anyone they do business with. Whether it’s rivals like the August Marks, Chinese gangs, or even members within their own club, SAMCRO’s violence repeatedly damages their relationships. Clay Morrow, in particular, was notorious for breaking promises and failing to honor agreements.
Jax’s betrayal created problems for the motorcycle club. He then exploited the club to get revenge for Tara. Unfortunately, several SAMCRO members died because of weak leadership. Given their history, it’s surprising anyone still works with the Sons of Anarchy, as their unreliability is clear.
Where Are the Female Bikers in Sons of Anarchy?
Sons of Anarchy explores the lives of motorcycle club members. While the show features some compelling female characters, they often feel underdeveloped, primarily existing as supporting roles defined by their relationships with the male leads.
It’s strange that the biker world in Sutter’s universe doesn’t include any female riders. Considering Gemma’s enthusiasm for that world, it’s hard to imagine she’s never even learned to ride a bike. The show completely lacks female bikers, and there aren’t any all-female biker groups either.
Most motorcycle fans know that while female bikers aren’t common, they definitely exist. It’s strange that there aren’t any in the world of the show, Sons of Anarchy.
Was John Teller’s Death a Murder?
For a while, viewers of Sons of Anarchy were convinced of something shocking – a secret that Clay and Gemma were desperate to protect, even if it meant murder. The show also confirms that JT’s death wasn’t an accident; he was intentionally killed.
Towards the end of the show, Jury White raised some intriguing questions. He proposed that JT was aware of Gemma and Clay’s plan, implying his death wasn’t a murder but a suicide. This idea seems plausible, considering JT’s letters described exactly how he pictured Gemma and Clay killing him.
While it’s still uncertain whether Jax Teller’s death was a suicide, the show Sons of Anarchy surprisingly never explores the aftermath of Jury’s death further, which is troubling.
What Happens to Abel and Thomas?
Jax’s oldest son, Abel, began displaying aggressive behavior early on. Because he also possesses a ring associated with the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club, there’s a strong possibility he could end up involved in the club’s activities, just like his father.
As a movie lover, I always appreciate when a story comes full circle, and Jax’s ending really hit me – it echoed his father’s death in a heartbreaking way. It also set his son, Abel, up for a really tough time, and I have a feeling he’ll eventually look to SAMCRO for guidance. It’s just tragic considering Tara sacrificed everything trying to get them all out of that life in Charming. And Jax? He was desperately trying to protect his boys, to keep them from ending up trapped in the club like he was.
After Gemma’s death, I really hoped Abel and Thomas could escape the cycle of violence that defined Jax’s life. But honestly, the show kind of hinted that the damage was already done for Abel, like he was too far gone to truly have a fresh start.
Why Was Jax Limping?
In the last season of Sons of Anarchy, Jax starts walking with a limp, but viewers didn’t see him get hurt earlier in the series. This sudden limp left many fans wondering what caused it.
Many viewers felt Jax’s limp showed just how much pain he was experiencing, making the show’s tragic events even more impactful. Ultimately, the central mystery turned out to have a straightforward answer.
I was shocked to learn that Charlie Hunnam actually broke his toe while filming! It made the scene so believable. Honestly, I’ve always wondered if the writers knew about it and worked it into the story, or if he was just genuinely struggling to get around. It added a really raw, authentic feel either way.
