When Order 66 was first shown in Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, it appeared almost all the Jedi were killed. While Obi-Wan Kenobi sent a message advising any remaining Jedi to hide, it seemed only he and Yoda had survived the devastating attack.
As a huge Star Wars fan, it’s been amazing seeing how much more of the story has been revealed over the years. We’ve learned about so many Jedi who survived Order 66, like Cal Kestis from the Jedi games and Ahsoka Tano, who was apparently Anakin Skywalker’s secret apprentice! But it’s also interesting to realize not every Jedi who made it through was a super-powerful warrior; some were actually pretty inexperienced and vulnerable.
Reva Sevander

Reva Sevander, a character from the Obi-Wan Kenobi series, remarkably survived Order 66 as a young Jedi trainee. She managed to escape being killed by Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader during the massacre by pretending to be dead. As a youngling, she was one of the least powerful Jedi to make it through, and she acknowledges this, even telling Obi-Wan she wasn’t strong enough to save her fellow trainees – a perfectly understandable sentiment considering she was a child.
Reva unfortunately received a lot of unfair criticism from fans, unrelated to her storyline, despite having a genuinely interesting background as a young survivor. Throughout the series, it was obvious she hadn’t finished her Jedi training – even relatively ordinary people like Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru were able to hold their own against her.
Grogu

Grogu is a lovable and welcome part of the Star Wars universe, but he wasn’t a particularly strong Jedi when Order 66 happened. Similar to Reva, he was very young during the massacre—so young, in fact, that he was still a baby despite being several decades old due to his species. He only survived because a Jedi named Kelleran Beq saved him.
While Reva is still growing into her abilities, Grogu seems to be developing his powers much faster. He chose to leave Luke Skywalker’s Jedi training and become part of a Mandalorian clan, but recent clues suggest he’s continued to strengthen his connection to the Force.
Eeko-Dio Daki

In the Star Wars: Maul – Shadow Lord comic, Jedi Master Eeko-Dio Daki and his Padawan, Devon, have been revealed as survivors of Order 66. Unlike Reva and Grogu, who were vulnerable to the effects of Order 66, Eeko-Dio Daki’s advanced age appears to be his weakness. While the comic doesn’t state his exact age, he’s noticeably slowed down by it. The story hasn’t yet explained how this master and apprentice team managed to survive the purge, making their survival a mystery within the Star Wars universe.
Eeko-Dio Daki might prove to be more powerful later in season 1 or season 2 of Maul – Shadow Lord, but right now he appears to be one of the less powerful characters who survived Order 66, alongside Reva and Grogu.
