Here’s everything happening in Coronation Street between Monday, 25 and Friday, 29 May.

5 Coronation Street spoilers for next week

1. Megan Walsh attempts to make contact with Will Driscoll

Will is shocked and upset when Sam suddenly accuses him of being evil and even wishes him harm while they’re in the café. He doesn’t realize Sam is actually experiencing hallucinations, and that this outburst isn’t based on reality.

Ben, upset and crying, tells Eva that Megan has ruined Will’s life. Devastated by the news, Will goes outside, climbs some scaffolding in the shop’s yard, and starts drinking vodka straight from the bottle.

Asha sees him and immediately texts Maggie, asking for assistance. Meanwhile, Hope hurries to the Rovers. Maggie climbs onto the scaffolding and encourages Will to get his life back on track.

The Driscolls watched with worry as Maggie tried to talk him into coming down. Meanwhile, Megan observed the scene from afar, unnoticed by her family.

Hope later tells Will she saw him with Megan and encourages him to be honest with his father. As Will grabs his coat, a piece of paper slips out – it’s Megan’s new phone number. Now, Will is faced with a tough choice.

Hope asks Will if they can study together, which makes Ruby tell Fiz and Tyrone that her sister has a crush on him. Fiz then cautions Hope to stay away from Will, as she believes he’s going through a difficult time.

Will and Hope started studying English, not realizing Eva was nearby and listening. Hope jokingly compared Will’s complicated relationships to the famous play Romeo and Juliet, which made Will laugh. Eva was happy to hear them connecting and having a good time.

But when Fiz arrives unexpectedly, how will she react?

2. A series of flashbacks reveal more about Theo Silverton’s murder

George and Christina try to reconcile with Todd, but he remains distant and unwilling to forgive them. Mary attempts to help, but Todd shocks everyone by revealing he’s moving in with Sarah.

Sarah left Kit a voicemail after he’d traveled to Glasgow. She told him Todd was visiting and asked him to come home soon, saying she missed him.

Danielle covered the costs of Theo’s funeral flowers, which made Tracy suspect she might be anticipating a large inheritance. George quickly wondered if that could be a reason someone would want him dead.

Todd receives a disturbing phone call and informs Sarah he won’t be going to Theo’s funeral. Danielle then publicly claims Todd killed Theo to collect on his life insurance, but Mary defends Todd, even jokingly suggesting she might be the killer, which causes Danielle to storm off.

However, Ryan follows her outside and reveals that he spotted her on the night of the murder.

With tensions building, someone who saw what happened the night Theo died gives the police false information about where they were. Through a series of flashbacks, the truth emerges, showing exactly what the witness saw, what they did, and why they felt they had to keep quiet.

Ryan voiced his concerns about Danielle to Lisa at the week’s end, leading Lisa to bring Danielle in for questioning. Is Danielle now the main suspect?

3. Daniel Osbourne is attacked by vile internet trolls

I’m seriously worried about Bertie – Daniel told Ken he’s being bullied because of all those awful things someone’s been posting online. Daniel’s determined to confront whoever’s behind it, this person called Truthteller. Back at the flat, Jodie was reading Daniel’s angry response online, but when he caught her, I’m dying to know if she’ll finally tell him what she knows!

Daniel later tells Jodie he has reported the trolling to the police and they intend to investigate.

Daniel couldn’t sleep, so he started looking at hateful comments online. Jodie noticed that a user named Truthteller hadn’t posted recently, and thought others were just piling on. But as Daniel neared Number One, two young men suddenly attacked him.

The group covered him in paint and recorded themselves yelling abusive things at him, and he reacted by angrily threatening them.

Ken encourages Daniel to take a break and relax, but Daniel reveals he didn’t go to the Lake District as planned. He stayed at his flat with Jodie, who was his only source of comfort. Ken is stunned by this and tells Daniel that their son, Bertie, deserves a better father.

After a while, Daniel sees that Truthteller has removed all the hurtful posts and appears to have disappeared. Feeling much better, he brings Ken, Tracy, Alya, and Jodie together at the Bistro to celebrate.

Is the ordeal really over?

4. Betsy Swain and Dylan Wilson battle it out for a job

Okay, so Betsy’s life is about to get even more complicated. I’m seeing a potential disaster brewing – she and her boyfriend, Dylan, are now competing for the same job at Speed Daal. Talk about awkward! This could really put a strain on their relationship, and I’m already bracing myself for some serious drama. It’s a clever setup that immediately raises the stakes.

Leanne lets the young couple try out working at the Pakistani street food restaurant, but makes it clear that only one of them will get the job, so they’ll both need to impress her.

5. Alya Nazir’s cousin Idris makes his mark on Weatherfield

Brody heads off for a run while a young lad named Damo scrambles out of a car nearby.

While training at Speed Daal, he was embarrassed when some loud customers spilled curry on his shoes. Luckily, a new employee named Idris quickly intervened, demanding they pay for the damage and escorting them out of the restaurant.

Alya gave Idris a warm hug, and Leanne realized he was Kal’s cousin. Some people were happy to see him, but Adam didn’t like him right away.

I was surprised to hear Idris had bought a property agency up in Manchester! Brody, never one to miss an opportunity, immediately asked him for a favor. But then things got interesting – Idris pulled Damo and me aside, away from everyone else, and led us down this little alleyway… it felt like something was about to go down.

What is their game?

Later that week, Daniel lost his temper at Speed Daal after seeing Idris laughing at videos of people making fun of him online.

Idris quickly offers Brody a job, mentioning he’s renting an apartment in the area after the last resident vanished, leaving it in a mess. But when Idris, Adam, and Alya are celebrating Eid, Alya proposes that Brody stay with her family instead.

Leanne confidently confronts a troublemaker, chasing him away and catching Idris’s attention. He asks her out for a drink at the Rovers, and as they connect, he tries to kiss her.

Alya is shocked when Leanne confesses her feelings and tells her to avoid Idris. He appears to be a flirt, and is quickly seen charming Tracy!
