Death Stranding 2’s Launch Celebrated with Brilliant Artwork from PS Studios

One beloved custom we have is this: Whenever a game from PS Studios goes live, each team under the Sony Corporation joins in the celebration by creating unique artwork specifically for the occasion. They then share these pieces on their social media platforms.

This time around, it’s the moment for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach to receive some attention, as various Sony studios are expressing joy on behalf of XDEV and Kojima Productions.

Initially, there’s Housemarque showing Sam Porter Bridges and the character from Saros, Arjun Devraj, enjoying a shared moment over a cryptobiote cupcake.

As a devoted admirer, I must say that Santa Monica Studio never fails to impress with their distinct flair. In this latest installment, we witness Kratos and Atreus introducing the wise Mimir to a new companion – Dollman, the mysterious traveler bound to Sam’s belt.

Next, we have a fascinating blend: A character from Guerrilla Games, Aloy, interacting with the characters of Dark Souls II. Guerrilla and Kojima Productions share a special connection as Guerrilla previously granted Kojima access to the Decima engine, which powers both Death Stranding series.

Next up, we have an impressive collaboration between Sucker Punch Productions and the antagonist Higgs, teaming up with Ghost of Yotei’s Atsu for a remarkable performance.

11bit Studios has added to the festivities by providing some artwork featuring characters from The Alters – specifically, Jan Dolski and Sam, who can be seen exchanging treats.

We’ll add any others we spot to this article.

As a fan, I may admit that there’s an element of hype involved, but honestly, the captivating artworks we receive are more than enough to keep me engaged in this tradition.
