Sydney Sweeney had a major transformation for her upcoming film, Eden.

30-year-old Sweeney underwent a dramatic transformation in the recently released thriller trailer, unveiled on June 25th. Known for her blonde locks and glamorous style, Sweeney opted for a more natural appearance in this film, sporting brunette hair instead of her signature blonde strands. In the movie, she portrays Margaret Wittmer. She chose to go without makeup and styled her hair to the side, while also twisting it up into an updo with loose flyaways visible.

It’s not the initial occasion where Sweeney has undergone a metamorphosis for a performance. Not long ago, she disclosed her transformation of approximately 30 extra pounds to embody Christy Martin in a biographical film.

In her interview with W Magazine, she shared that she joined the project to portray Christy, and she underwent approximately three and a half months of preparation. During this time, she began her daily routine, which included weight training in the mornings for an hour, followed by two hours of kickboxing around noon, and then another hour of weight training in the evenings.

Speaking from personal experience, I found myself struggling to squeeze into my regular attire. Normally, I’m a size 23 in jeans, but I was now wearing a size 27. My chest expanded, and my posterior grew significantly. It was quite astonishing! I exclaimed, “Oh, my goodness!
