Crunchyroll revealed a bunch of new anime coming to its streaming service at the CCXP Mexico event this week. The lineup includes series debuting this July as part of the Summer 2026 season, and even more exciting titles planned for a big return in 2027. From interesting isekai stories to highly anticipated adaptations, here’s a look at everything Crunchyroll announced at CCXP Mexico.

6). Hanaori-san Still Wants to Fight in the Next Life
Coming to Crunchyroll in July 2026, this series will be available in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, and India. It tells the story of a demon king who is reborn as a student and just wants to relax and play games. However, his peaceful new life is disrupted when he learns that his old enemy, the hero, has also been reincarnated and is still looking for a fight.
5). Rich Girl Caretaker: I’m Secretly the Caregiver of the Most Popular Girl in This Rich Kid School
Premiering in July 2026 and available on Crunchyroll in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, India, and the CIS, this series follows Itsuki, who suddenly finds himself financially on his own and abandoned by his parents just as he’s starting high school. He unexpectedly gets involved in the kidnapping of a wealthy girl named Hinako. Despite appearing perfect at school, Hinako is actually quite messy and needs someone to help her with everyday life. Itsuki is hired for the job, requiring him to attend an elite and expensive school to care for Hinako and help her maintain her public image. And who knows, maybe a little romance will blossom along the way!
4). Skeleton Knight in Another World Season 2
I’m so hyped! Skeleton Knight in Another World is officially coming back in July 2026, and it’ll be streaming on Crunchyroll pretty much everywhere – North and South America, Europe, Africa, Australia, the Middle East, India, you name it! We’re picking up right after season one ended, following Arc as he continues his life as a mercenary, still keeping his skeleton form a secret. It’s exciting, but also a little different – a new studio is taking over animation after almost five years, so I’m really curious to see how they approach it!
3). Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You
Get ready for Smoking Behind the Supermarket With You, a promising new romance coming to Crunchyroll in July 2026! This series will be available in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, and India. The story follows Sasaki, a 45-year-old office worker whose life is mostly uneventful, except for brief chats with Yamada, a young woman who works at a convenience store. When Yamada suddenly disappears, Sasaki goes for a smoke break and meets a mysterious woman he feels a connection with—unaware that she’s actually Yamada! This adaptation is one to watch this summer.
2). Reborn as a Space Mercenary: I Woke Up Piloting the Strongest Starship!
Coming to Crunchyroll in October 2026 across North and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS countries, this series follows Takahiro, who is magically transported into his favorite video game. He just wants to enjoy a peaceful life within the game, but quickly finds himself embroiled in galactic conflicts as a space mercenary. Despite his desire for relaxation, he attracts a growing team of women and can’t seem to escape the chaos.
1). The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World as an Aristocrat Season 2
Fans were thrilled by the announcement at CCXP Mexico: a second season of The World’s Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in Another World is coming in 2027! The show will stream on Crunchyroll throughout North and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS countries. The first season, which ended in 2021, presented a unique premise – a professional assassin reborn into a fantasy world with the mission to eliminate the world’s hero. Now, with the sequel confirmed, fans are eagerly anticipating its release, and the wait will be tough!
