For over a week now, the action-packed game “Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound” has been graced with a fresh trailer, showcasing the glowing reviews from critics. Don’t miss our review, where we awarded it an impressive 9 out of 10.
As a passionate admirer, I’d like to share my excitement about “Ragebound,” a thrilling game brought to life by The Game Kitchen and distributed by Dotemu. Stepping into the shoes of Kenji Mozu, a fresh recruit from the Hayabusa clan, I embark on an exhilarating journey. After a devastating assault on my village and a fateful encounter with Kumori, the mysterious member of the rival Black Spider Clan, we join forces to thwart the resurrection of the Demon Lord.
Just as the pre-3D versions of “Ninja Gaiden” series, this game follows the 2D side-scrolling action platformer genre, filled with tough enemies and jumps. It introduces fresh features like Hypercharge for overcoming obstacles and durable foes. At certain stages, you’ll switch to Kumori to navigate timed sections that eventually clear the path ahead.
Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound” can be played on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, personal computers (PC), Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. If you can’t get enough of the series, “Ninja Gaiden 4” is set to debut on October 21st for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC. You can watch over an hour of fresh gameplay footage here.
