The upcoming game, “Pokemon Legends: Z-A,” brings back the beloved feature, Mega Evolution. The Pokemon Company and Game Freak have announced new Mega Evolutions will be included in the game, such as Mega Dragonite. Yet, they haven’t disclosed any additional ones that fans can anticipate. Rumors about new Mega Evolutions have been leaked, and one enthusiast has already created designs for them before “Pokemon Legends: Z-A” launches on October 16th.
For the past five months, IcyBoi33 has meticulously illustrated all rumored Mega Evolutions for Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Some were crafted from leaked photographs, while others were reconstructed using leaked descriptions. The community has expressed their admiration and gratitude towards IcyBoi33’s work, expressing hope that these illustrations will closely resemble the in-game models.
Great news! After approximately 5 months, I’ve successfully finished designing every leaked Mega Evolution based on the descriptions that have been leaked. A big thank you to everyone for your immense support and help throughout this project! #PokemonLegendsZA #PokemonLeaks #Pokemon #ConceptArt #PokemonArt #MegaEvolution #Leak

Although the concept art appears astonishingly impressive, some enthusiasts remain doubtful that all these designs will actually feature in the game. The Mega Feraligatr design, which was circulating, was subsequently confirmed as a fake by its original creator. Nevertheless, it’s plausible that numerous designs could be authentic and may appear in Pokemon Legends: Z-A. It’s always wise to maintain skepticism towards leaks or rumors until they are validated by an official announcement.
A significant piece of news that’s got fans buzzing is the rumored addition of an online mode in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, which was absent in its predecessor, Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Usually, the main series games include some form of online play, but Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet take it to a new level. Interestingly, Pokemon Legends: Arceus was a completely offline game. If this leak is accurate, the upcoming title will feature a “Link Play” option, with the focus on battling suggesting that online Player vs. Player (PvP) might be the most appropriate fit. However, more details about this new feature remain to be seen.
Fans are excited to discover more about “Pokemon Legends: Z-A” as a playable demo of the game will be available at Gamescom. Interested players can visit the Nintendo booth to test out this upcoming Pokemon title. With its innovative real-time action combat system, different from the traditional turn-based battles in previous games, fans are eager to see how it changes the series. Reminiscent of “Xenoblade Chronicles”, this new combat system is promising but fans will only be able to fully appreciate it once they’ve had a chance to play the game themselves.
Pokemon Legends: Z-A is set to launch towards the end of autumn, specifically on October 16th, available for both the Nintendo Switch and its successor, the Nintendo Switch 2.
