
To clarify for those unfamiliar, Tiswas was a significant Saturday morning television program for children during the late 1970’s through early 1980’s. The show was hosted by Chris Tarrant and Sally James, with help from Lenny Henry, Bob Carolgees, and John Gorman. Although primarily intended for kids, it garnered a massive following among students and adults alike due to its unique and diverse content. Notable guests on the show ranged from comedian Bernard Manning, Monty Python member Michael Palin, to bands like Motorhead and dance troupe Pan’s People.
